These results suggest that IgG subclass deficiency , especially the IgG2 deficiency in serum may be one of the important mechanism in RRTI pathogenesis and have a close relation with the decrease of T lymphocyte subsets and lymphocyte proliferative function .
提示IgG亚类缺陷,尤其是IgG2缺陷是RRTI发病的重要机理,外周血T细胞功能及亚群的异常与IgG亚类缺陷可能有密切关系。

Results : The levels of serum Zn , Fe , Ni , Ti , Co , Li in 38 cases of IgG subclass deficiency were decreased compared with controls and IgG subclass normal groups , and most of them ( 81 58 % ) presented subclinical trace element deficiency .
